Antimage Reveals Arlott’s Counter Hero in Mobile Legends

The new hero in Mobile Legends, Arlott, has become a favorite among players in recent times and is starting to be frequently used by professional MPL Indonesia players.

During the regular season of MPL Indonesia Season 11, Arlott appeared 74 times in the draft pick and ban session, with 49 picks and 25 bans.

During the 49 times it was used, Arlott recorded a 46.9 percent win rate, which is quite significant for a hero that was recently released in Mobile Legends.

This also proves that Arlott is an overpowering hero because of its complete skillset, ranging from crowd control effects, lifesteal, mobility, to considerable damage.

However, despite its formidable strength, Arlott also has some weaknesses that can be exploited by its opponents. One of its weaknesses was revealed by renowned EXP laner Maxhill “Antimage” Leonardo during his live streaming session.

According to Antimage, the right counter for Arlott in the lane is Grock, who has the ability to be immune to CC when using skill 2 and being near a wall.

Therefore, with Grock’s immunity, the combo of Arlott’s skill 2 will not work smoothly as the mark from Arlott’s passive will disappear.

“Do you know why skill 1 (Arlott) doesn’t work on Grock? Usually, if you use skill 1 on an enemy, Arlott will get the passive. Do you know why Grock doesn’t get the passive from Arlott? It’s because Grock is immune to the wall. He can be immune to stun, and that could be one reason why Grock can counter Arlott,” said Antimage.

“Because the combo of skill 1, skill 2, and ultimate should be done right away, but Grock is immune and doesn’t get stunned, so skill 2 (Arlott) stops,” he added.

Arlott is a hero that heavily relies on its passive in its skill 2 combo, where if the target has the passive mark, Arlott’s skill 2 will deal double damage and reset the cooldown.
