In a move steeped in the rich tradition of champions, AP Bren seizes the prestigious opportunity to immortalize their victory by handpicking a hero and crafting a bespoke skin to seamlessly integrate into the champion’s ethos. Fresh off their triumph in the fifth edition of the M-series, held in the Philippines in December 2023, AP Bren has earned the enviable privilege of collaborating with Moonton Games.

2023 was a year of remarkable consistency for the Hive, captivating audiences on both local and international fronts. But amidst their stellar performances, one hero stood out: Brody, a favored pick of none other than Marco “Super Marco” Requitiano himself. With Brody’s undeniable contribution to the team’s victories, coupled with his stellar showing at last year’s M5 extravaganza, it’s no surprise that Bren opted to this hero.

Jab Escutin, Director of AP Bren, articulates the sentiment behind this choice, stating, “Brody has been a big part of our success in the M5 series. This hero has helped our team consistently and ultimately helped retain the PH era of MLBB. We want this hero to represent our team’s success inside the game and for our fans to be part of that success by owning the skin and enjoying it.”

Adding to the excitement, Moonton extends a rare opportunity to David “FlapTzy” Canon, empowering him to co-design the #M5FMVPSkin for Paquito, the Finals MVP of the M5 World Championship. Inspired by the legendary Manny Pacquiao, Paquito embodies the spirit of one of boxing’s all-time greats.

Expressing his gratitude, FlapTzy shares, “It’s truly an honor to be the inaugural recipient of the FMVP skin in MLBB history. Paquito resonates with me on a personal level, reflecting my aggressive yet strategic approach to the game. I’m excited to see how this skin encapsulates that essence.”

With this latest development, AP Bren etches their name in the annals of MLBB history as the first team to boast two championship skins, following their previous selection of Lancelot after clinching victory at M2 in Singapore in January 2021.

But the excitement doesn’t end there. As discussions between Bren and Moonton continue, fans eagerly await the unveiling of further in-game commemorative skins slated for release in September 2024. Stay tuned for more updates on this thrilling collaboration.
