Future of RRQ Hoshi’s Filipino Imports Uncertain as Two Veterans Make Their Return

In the ongoing MLBB Indonesia S13 regular season, RRQ Hoshi‘s journey has been anything but smooth sailing. And following a series of underwhelming performances, the team is making some huge changes to its lineup.

Bringing back former player Calvyn “Vyn” and reinstating Muhammad “Lemon” Ikhsan, RRQ Hoshi hopes to inject new energy into its gameplay. However, this shake-up could potentially see Borris “Brusko” Parro and John “Irrad” Abarquez moved to the bench.

RRQ Hoshi’s season started promisingly but faltered as it struggled to maintain momentum. Despite victories against Aura Fire and Evos Glory, the team’s consistency waned, leaving fans clamoring for change.

Responding to the pressure, RRQ’s CEO Andrian “AP” Pauline has approved these roster adjustments, ushering in Vyn and Lemon to bolster the squad. Both veterans bring experience and skill to the table, with Vyn returning for a second stint with RRQ and Lemon making his professional comeback after a three month hiatus.

However, these changes raise questions about the future of Brusko and Irrad, whose performance has fallen short of expectations. With Vyn potentially taking Brusko’s spot as a roamer and Lemon providing backup as needed, the Filipino duo may find themselves dropped or reassigned to RRQ Sena in MLBB Development League if deemed necessary.

Currently, RRQ Hoshi finds itself in the eighth spot on the leaderboard, with its domestic rival Evos Glory trailing by just a single victory. This narrow margin is particularly poignant considering the illustrious history these teams share in the MPL ID arena. For followers of both squads, witnessing their descent to the lower ranks undoubtedly evokes a sense of disappointment.
