Super Red Joins Evos Glory, Headlines Roster Revamp for MPL ID S13

Look what we have here! Evos Glory (formerly Evos Legends) has finalized its roster for the upcoming MLBB Pro League Indonesia Season 13 with some surprising acquisitions. Former Blacklist International star Jon “Super Red” Bordeos headlines the list, alongside experienced Indonesian players Rizky “Warlord” Saputra (ex-Homebois) and Silvan “Van” Vaness (ex-Aura Fire).

Beyond these top signings, the Blue Tiger doubled down on promising newcomers with semi-pro experience. The team unveiled the entire lineup on their official YouTube channel last evening, but Super Red stole the spotlight. Evos Fams were already anticipating another Filipino import, especially after hiring head coach John “Theo” Eusebio.

Prior to joining Evos Glory, the 17-year-old Filipino prodigy made waves when Blacklist International signed him in February 2023. He faced the daunting task of replacing veteran Kiel “Oheb” Soriano who was taking a break. Despite doubts due to his limited top-tier experience, Super Red defied expectations, helping Blacklist secure second place in MPL PH S11 and a berth in the MLBB Southeast Asia Cup 2023.

However, he lost his starting spot by the end of MPL PH S11 and was loaned to Red Giants Esports in MPL Malaysia S12. Under the guidance of compatriot Michael “Arcadia” Bocado, he helped them achieve a respectable third-place finish. Many viewers felt he could have performed even better with more seasoned teammates.

Speaking of experience, Evos Glory’s new roster strikes a perfect balance between established veterans and fresh talent. Warlord and Van, seasoned MPL ID campaigners, can provide vital support to both Super Red and the newcomers navigating the pro scene.

These new signings might just shake things up for Evos Glory’s old guard like Jabran “Branz” Wiloko, Vincentsius “Vaanstrong” Adrianto, Kenley “Veldora” Zefanya, and Regi “Fluffy” Marviola, who caught some flak for their performance during MPL ID S12.
