PUBG Mobile Super League SEA Fall 2023 Week 2: Indonesian Take the Lead with RRQ and Bigetron

The second week of the PUBG Mobile Super League SEA Fall 2023 competition has concluded with the Indonesian squad dominating the daily standings. Team RRQ and Bigetron Red Villains finished first and second, respectively, breaking the previous week’s dominance of Bao Nam United and Vampire Esports.

The RRQ squad stepped up their game and move up from eighth place to first place in the daily standings. They have improved their teamwork and approached their games more effectively thanks to the role of Fiqri “NoMercy” Syachputra, who is now playing as the team’s scout. Thanks to his insight, they were able to get three WWCD in three consecutive matchdays and scored 128 elimination points by the end of week 2. The squad has moved up to third position in the league with a total of 192 points so far.

NoMercy was not the only RRQ player who stood out in week 2. Their rusher, Yoga “Nerpehko” Rahman, also drew the attention of the PMSL SEA Fall 2023 crowd with his improved gameplay in many crucial teamfights. He subsequently tallied 55 eliminations in the week 2 and surpassed Vampire Esports’ Nattawut “TonyK” Muensa, who scored 52 eliminations the previous week.

In addition to RRQ, several Indonesian teams have made it to the top 10 of daily standings in week 2. Bigetron RV, which also scored 192 points, finished second in week two, behind RRQ by one WWCD point. Meanwhile, Persijavos’ brutal performance was not enough to get them big wins that would have put them in the top four of the league rankings.

Aside from these three, the Morph GPX squad surprised everyone by showing amazing growth in week 2. The combo of Muhammad “Rocky” Ilham and Rusli “Boboho” Jaya delivered two WWCD during week two and lifting the squad from the relegation zone, finishing in sixth position in the daily standings and 14th in the league rankings.

Week 3 of the PMSL SEA Fall 2023 will be played tomorrow, marking the penultimate week for the top four teams to turn around their dismal play and avoid the elimination zone before next week’s finals.
